Orders will continue to be fulfilled during this time. We recommend ordering early to give your parcel lots of time to be processed and shipped. Due to seasonal demand and new practices at Canada Post, processing times will vary and your parcel delivery may be delayed.

Below is our list of order deadlines for delivery before the holidays 2021. After these dates, Canada Post cannot deliver before the holidays. 

All orders are shipped using Canada Post regular parcel service, unless otherwise arranged. Processing times will vary due to seasonal demand.

USA:                Dec 5
Canada:           Dec 5  (Destinations within Ontario deadline to order - Dec 11)


  • Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days. In Nov/Dec processing times will vary due to seasonal demand. 
  • Delivery times vary per destination. Typically 2-3 weeks delivery within North America. In Nov/Dec delivery times will vary due to high demand. 
  • All orders ship from Canada with Canada Post
  • Once shipped, you will be notified and, if applicable, a tracking number will be provided to you 
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delays at customs
  • Any fees, tariffs, taxes, duties, etc. are your responsibility
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not accept pre-arranged shipping or pick-ups at this time. 
  • Packaging - Stuffie and Felt items ship in a recycled cardboard box. Pins ship in a cushioned envelop. Please recycle packaging whenever possible. 

Please notify us of any changes or cancellations to your order within 24hrs of order submission. If the item has already shipped, please get in touch to arrange to return. Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility.

If for some reason you are not happy with your handmade Leikey Designs item, please contact me and I will do my very best to resolve the problem. 

If you would like to refund or exchange your Leikey Designs item:

  • Please contact me immediately upon receiving the item.
  • Please have it returned to me within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition. The item must be not be used, washed or damaged and any tags must still be attached. Return-shipping cost is your responsibility. 
  • Once I receive the item back, following the terms above, I will refund its cost.
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Everything is made by hand, one at a time. This means no two items are identical. Please allow for variances from item to item and from what is shown in the product photos.
